Frank Lampard firmly believes Harry Kane was offside in the build-up to his match-winning penalty against Chelsea in the Carabao Cup semi-final.The video assistant referee overruled an offside flag in the moments leading to Kanes spot-kick, which gave Tottenham a 1-0 victory in the first leg at Wembley.But rather than clearing things up, the technology has caused confusion in some quarters, with Blues boss Maurizio Sarriproviding an alternative angle which appeared to show Kane leaning into an offside position.And Chelsea legend Lampard was also left unimpressed, claiming the system has a long way to go before it becomes a viable option in the Premier League.4
